Ioana started her career more than 17 years ago as a business journalist and gained significant experience in M&A while working with Big 4 firms. She gained her experience in healthcare by acting as a Business Development Manager for a large healthcare corporation and coordinating the M&A activity in Romania as well as by working in several sell-side M&A projects in the industry.
